Buckie Thistle Football Club has a duty to ensure that its Players, Officials, Supporters and any other person connected to the club do not engage in any contact which is deemed to be unacceptable. This Policy applies to all matches involving our club whether at home or away.
Unacceptable Conduct will be defined as conduct which is violent and / or disorderly.
Violent contact is actual, attempted or threatened violence against another person or persons. Any actual or attempted damage to property.
Disorderly Conduct is conduct which is designed to instigate hatred or ill will against a person or group of persons based on their perceived gender, colour, race, nationality, ethnic group, religion, sexual orientation or disability, any use of threatening, abusive or insulting words, and any visual or written display of a threatening, abusive or insulting nature.
Buckie Thistle Football club endorses its responsibility under these rules and will not tolerate any behaviour deemed unacceptable in these rules.
Any Buckie Thistle Official, Player, Employee or other person connected with the club who is guilty of unacceptable behaviour will be dealt with under the Club’s internal disciplinary procedure.
Any Buckie Thistle Supporter who is guilty of unacceptable conduct will be liable to such sanctions as deemed appropriate by the club. This could include season ticket withdrawal, exclusion from matches or if the severity of the behaviour determines it, an application being made towards obtaining a football banning order.
